Teeth – Turmeric really helps to clean up our teeth. So don’t feel awkward in front of anyone due to yellow teeth. Take ¼ tbls of rock salt, ¼ tbls of turmeric & 1 tblp of mustard oil. Brush your teeth with the same. A maximum of 2 times a week will be enough. You will find beautiful teeth after 1 month though you can see a clear difference from the 1st day.
Hair – Try this solution on your hair & get shiny & dandruff-free hair. Take ½ tbls of turmeric, 2 tbls of coconut oil. Mix the for 2 mins. Massage on your hair & keep it for 15 minutes. Wash it off & you will feel the difference after one month. Use the same once a week.
Skin – A magic of turmeric on the skin is tremendous. It also uses in our rituals to make skin glow & radiant. It’s a very easy method to make paste & apply on your face.
